I would rate zero if I could. Save your time and money to go to a real well maintained seller. This is 2021, I can't believe their broken service.
If you want to pay for shipping when shoes do not fit true to size, if you like to be clueless after you request a return and the return process, then go ahead.
My son had Under Armer jet 2019 shoes in 3Y and loved them, they were getting tight so he wanted the same shoes but larger. We ordered Under Armour Jet 2019 in 4y from Olympia Sports. The shoes were tighter than his 3y. After contacting I was told that myself (customer) would have to pay for return shipping and also would not get refunded for the shipping cost. Horrible customer service and return policy.

After I ordered my shoes I decided it would be a good idea to view the reviews. I seen nothing but bad reviews. I got nervous. To make a long story short. My shoes came pretty fast and they are authentic. No complaints here. I must be one of the lucky ones. Thanks Olympia.
TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM OLYMPIASPORTS.NET . Don't be fooled by their sophisticated website. They are bunch of scammers who will stick bad inventory of major brands to you for cheap and you will fight them for returning their products. I bought shoes from them during Christmas linked from SlickDeals where they advertised to scam people. Sent me shoes that I thought was a good deal but terrible quality. Even though they're Reebok and I ordered exact size, they fit like as if I'm trying to put my adult foot into a woman or kid's shoes. The customer service is terrible. No phone. Emails get returned by saying we can't return the item nor did they give me free shipping return with it. So I'm not going to spend $15 of my shipping on on $35 shoe, only to get refund or an exchange. They are also very rude on phones. Finally more than 1 year after pandemic they still have this pandemic excuse for not taking calls which is a baloney because they're are a online store so they must have people working to pick calls. But no that's not the case. I think this is another get rich quick kind of kid running a store from basement and with part-time people working from him.
Sadly after 4 months since Christmas I'm still stuck with shoes I have no use for and noone I can give it or sell it to. So stay away from this company called Olympia Sports. net. I have all the emails exchange with them and the phone calls are attended by hung over staff if you're lucky enough to get hold of anyone once in a blue moon. TERRIBLE company. They would rot in hell.

Love that you can return online orders in store! I see a lot of bad reviews about wrong items/ wait time on orders... due to the pandemic every store is experiencing higher volumes in online orders, I think people should be more understanding and patient! Olympia sports has great products and sales, I recommend shopping here.
I was leery about placing an order after reading these reviews.
I went ahead since my daughter was really wanting a certain running shoe.
I've had no problems with three orders placed within the last six months.
Terrible return process where their online system claims to email you a return label and associated return info when you use their site, but an email is never received nor sent!
They also have purposely vague customer assistance where you get a canned email to just ship any return items to them with handwritten info on a piece of paper and they claim your return will be processed. When asked further, their customer assistance emails just stop with no further responses.
To be fair, although they occassionally give a somewhat decent sales discount on a name brand item from time to time, this company maintains some highly questionable business practices in my opinion.
I could possibly give no rating at all, these website guys are scammers. Send you the defective item and don't even send the return shipping label. Please don't buy anything to possibly to waste your money.
I ordered a pair of shoes a week ago, but never received an order confirmation, yet my card was charged the day I ordered them. I contacted Olympia, in which they replied that the shoes were out of stock and not going to ship. They refused to ship a different color of the same shoe because they were no longer on sale ($80 vs $180), and I was not going to pay the difference. They did refund the money only after I brought up the issue through some unnecessary hassle where an internet company can't keep accurate track of their own inventory, nor try to provide helpful customer service. I see why they get so many bad reviews.
Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Save yourself the hassle, even if it cost you more money, and find a more reputable company for your shoe purchase. Said they were going to ship out a pair of shoes and provide a tracking number. Almost two months later, no tracking number, no shoes. Deafening silence from them. Total liar, liar, pants on fire! Also said they never received my PayPal payment yet shipped out my original order. For some reason I don't believe them. Horrible customer service.
the support emails weren’t bad, there was a response to my concern in about 24 hours but it was clear that there was actually no concern for my question because it didn’t answer my question at all. I just needed a way to track my order that I had been waiting on for 25 days, and instead they said “we are working our hardest to send out orders”. all I wanted was a way to track where my shoes were even if it was going to take 3 months. Then I responded repeating my question in a straight forward manner this time and I was then told that my order was sold out ???? so I had been waiting on a non existent package but no one was going to inform me? I had to message the customer service myself, there was no transparency or clarity in ANY form about my order. How does that even happen? I’m just baffled that a company could be so poor in service. I’m not upset that I don’t have my shoes, I’m not upset I waited a month with no information, I’m upset that my shoes I ordered were sold out and not coming but no one from the company told me that my package wasn’t coming or that I would be refunded. That is a company I do not want to be involved in and I will no longer try and support them. Now I get to find out if I do actually get refunded for my shoes like they said, but with the way they are running this website... I doubt it.
Do not and I repeat do not order from this company. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order. Their customer service is bull crap. They keep telling me to just be patient it'll come it was suppose came over a week ago. And they have bad attitudes. And they say I can't get a refund til 30 days of me not having my order. I'll be glad when this is over with. I'll NEVER order from them again.
